Icy Herbal with Arnica is an effective therapy for leg cramps, body and back aches, bruises, sprains, sore muscles, inflammation and arthritis. It is a complex of active ingredients created with peppermint, menthol and Arnica for dramatic muscle pain relief.

Arnica is approved for external use as an anti-inflammatory, analgesic and antiseptic by the German Commission E, an advisory panel on herbal medicines. The root of the Arnica plant is integral for fast relief of pain in our body. The Arnica herb has been used in folk remedies since the sixteenth century by a North American indigenous tribe, the Cataulsa. In Russia, Arnica has been used extensively for the external treatment of wounds.

It is recommended for use up to 4 times daily by gently massaging into painful areas until thoroughly absorbed into the skin. Generous amounts can be applied to the affected area. It is suitable for use by adults and children over 12 years. If pregnant or breast-feeding, it is recommended to ask a health professional prior to use.
